It’s hard to know where to begin in my praise of Baron Estates.  Sure, I could say they did a great job selling a massive amount of stuff left behind by my recently departed father – which they certainly did – but that would only scratch the surface.  You see, my father was a world-class hoarder (I am not throwing around the phrase “world class” lightly), which presented an extraordinary number of challenges and obstacles that the indefatigable Fran Miller and her team, especially the true gentleman Henry, surmounted with great success.

You want more detail?  The overwhelming majority of my father’s stuff was junk (9 large trucks full!) and sorting the good stuff from the junk wasn’t easy.  It took a full week with a team of junk-clearing experts -- Trashouts, a company I also can’t recommend highly enough -- to clear out the mess, and so Baron Estates had to be present almost the entire time.  Along the way, they took care of every issue that came up which they could lend a hand with: not just the cars and boats that wouldn’t start (even though we needed to move them pronto), the safes without combinations, the perpetually failing AC system, the moving of fragile items between multiple properties (also thanks to help from Trashouts), but also the disposition of many difficult-to-deal-with items. 

I should also note that I was mostly out of town for the time between the clean out of the properties and the estate sale, and so relied on Fran and Henry to take care of problems that came up with the house, such as the alarm going off (Henry raced over late on a Sunday night to check it out), and any number of other issues, including neighbor relations.

Oh, and then there was the sale… a $mashing $ucce$$!
